Return and Refund Policy
At Medhealth Impex Sdn. Bhd. customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetics and beauty products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds to ensure hygiene, safety, and product quality.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1- Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item;
- The product arrived damaged or defective;
- The product received is expired; or
- The item is substantially different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided; and
The return request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order.
2-Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products;
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging;
- Personal care items;
- Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items;
- Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
5- Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible;
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers;
- Shipping fees and payment processing charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
6- Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for:
- Defective products;
- Incorrect items shipped; or
- Products damaged during delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details.
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for claims.
8- Allergic Reactions and Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and product suitability before use.
We are generally unable to provide refunds for:
- Allergic reactions;
- Skin sensitivities;
- Dissatisfaction with product texture, scent, or personal preference.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek professional medical advice if necessary.
